Individual Resume:Huaming Yang, born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, is an outstanding professor and PhD Tutor. He is a national “10,000-person plan” leading talent, a national outstanding young science fund winner, a national young and middle-aged science and technology innovation leader, a leading scientific and technological talent in Hunan Province, a leader of the natural science innovation research group in Hunan Province, and a new century talent in the Ministry of Education. Enjoy special government allowances from the State Council. He is the director of Key Laboratory of Clay Mineral Functional Materials, China Building Materials Industry, director of Key Laboratory of Mineral Materials and Application of Hunan Province, and director of the International Joint Laboratory of Mineral Materials (International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Base) of Hunan Province. He obtained bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and PhD in CSU, and was the visiting scholar in University of Bristol (UK), University of Queensland (Australia), institute of solid state chemistry, Russian academy of sciences. He engaged in the research of mineral materials, energy and environmental materials and solid waste resource utilization. He has presided over the natural science foundation of China, National Sci-Tech Support Plan, 863 project, 973 special project, doctoral program foundation, key projects of ministry of education and so on. More than 160 papers of him were collected by Adv. Funct. Mater, Chem. Mater, Appl. Catal. B, J. Mater. Chem., J. Phys. Chem., Chem Comm, Adv. Mater. Interface, Am. Mineral., Clay Clay Miner and so on. There were 7 ESI papers with high citation frequency, 5 Nature index papers, 6 covers and reviews. His articles have been cited by SCI more than 4000 times. He was granted 30 patents, and applied for 2 international PCT patents. He also wrote one chapter of Elsevier's works, and published three academic monagraphs, and 3 textbooks. He won the science and technology innovation team of Hunan, first prize (4 times) and second prize (twice) of provincial and ministerial science and technology, first-class rewards of excellent books (twice), Baosteel prominent teacher, et al. Five master’s theses he has guided were awarded the best essay in Hunan province. He was the associate editor of Clay Minerals, guest editor of Minerals, and editorial committee of Materials Review. He was the section chair in the Mineral Materials of XXII Meeting of the International Mineralogical Association. He is serving as committee member of National Technical Committee 406 on No-metallic Mineral Products of Standardization Administration of China, vice chairman of The Chinese Ceramic Society-Minerals Materials Chapters, et al.
